Aims & Objectives
It is our intention to provide a service that empowers individuals to dream of a life of hope and purpose; not defined by their mental health but through their recovery.
We aim to provide a holistic view of mental health illness that focuses on the person, not just the symptoms - it’s a journey as well as a destination.
Principles
Bliss Care’s principles are to focus on the people we support and respect their rights and dignity.
We believe in what we do and will always find new ways to improve how we do it. We provide support for positive outcomes and promote active participation in the recovery process.
We provide a personalised approach to support, which reflects an individual’s needs and preferences.
We examine our operations constantly through self-auditing to ensure we are successfully achieving our stated aims and objectives.
As part of this, we aim to work in partnership with key professionals and welcome feedback from the people we support, their families and relatives.
